We have been with Community Bee for a while, our main support is Jarrad who works with my son Eli, he has been amazing and has built an amazing bond with him and has helped to build his independence and self confidence.

Jarrad has been an amazing addition to Eli's team and we have absolutely loved having him be in our lives. Eli has needed a strong good male influence in his life and Jarrad has definitely helped there.

Trish has always been there to help with everything I've needed with my plan and has always done her absolute best to make things work for me and helped to find workers to suit my needs and to suit my team and has always appreciated my feedback.

She has made this whole process of finding support for myself and for my son less stressful and more comfortable.

The team at Community Bee have been amazing with my mum and dad. Honestly, I can’t thank them enough. They’re caring, friendly, and always go that extra mile to make sure Mum and Dad are happy and comfortable. It’s such a relief knowing they’re being looked after by people who genuinely care.

Every staff member we’ve met has been kind, patient, and really easy to talk to. They treat my parents like family, not just clients, and that makes all the difference. Mum and Dad look forward to their visits now, something I never thought I’d see!

Community Bee has gone above and beyond our expectations. The support, the laughs, and the way they bring a bit of joy into my parents’ days mean the world to us.

I’ve been a support worker with Community Bee for about two and a half months now, and honestly, it’s been such an incredible experience. From day one, I’ve felt welcomed, included, and completely supported as an LGBTQIA+ person.

The culture here is safe and genuine; it's a place where you can just be yourself without worry or judgment.

What really stands out for me is how much Community Bee values diversity. It’s not just talked about, it's lived every day. I’ve had the chance to share my own experiences, help educate others, and create more understanding around the LGBTQIA+ community. Being able to do that while supporting amazing participants has been so rewarding.

Community Bee isn’t just a workplace, it feels like a family. I’m really proud to be part of a team that truly cares about people and celebrates everyone for who they are. I can’t wait to keep growing here and supporting more LGBTQIA+ participants in a space that feels safe, supportive, and real.

When I started working with Community Bee I was blown away by the amount of support that is offered to the participants and staff by management. I love working with the participants, I enjoy making a difference in people's lives and supporting them to live their lives to the fullest.

My experience with Community Bee has been so supportive. It’s my first time in the disability sector so it was scary at first but knowing I had an amazing team behind me to help me out was wonderful. I love working in a team with participants to help them fulfill their goals and celebrate achievements along the way.

I love that Community Bee is all about listening to the participants' needs and wants because at the end of the day that is the person we are caring for and we all want the best for everyone we care for.

Working at Community Bee has been such an incredible and rewarding experience. From the moment I joined, I could feel that this organisation truly values people, not just the staff, but every individual and family that walks through its doors.

It’s rare to find a workplace that is so genuine, non-biased, and deeply committed to supporting everyone equally, regardless of their background or circumstances.

The team spirit at Community Bee is something special. Everyone contributes with kindness, empathy, and respect, and you can really see the impact of our collective effort in the community. Whether it’s helping someone find stability, providing resources, or simply offering a safe space to be heard,  every day

feels meaningful.

I’m genuinely proud to be part of such a compassionate and inclusive organisation. It’s not just a workplace; it’s a community in itself,  one that uplifts, empowers, and inspires me every single day.
